The New York Beta chapter house is one of the top-five most expensive pieces of Greek property at Syracuse University. There are three floors of rooms and as of Fall 2009, 30 brothers live in the house, the most since our re-founding in 2001. Significant and noticeable repairs and improvements have been made to the floors, bathrooms and basement in the past three years and as more brothers live in the house, we are increasingly able to make renovations that make Phi Psi one of the nicest fraternity houses at Syracuse. We are generally regarded as the cleanest fraternity house on campus and get multiple compliments from parents, sororities and SU faculty members. We encourage Alumni to stop by any time they visit campus to see the beautiful physical improvements to the house.
